Advantages at a glance
With a rated power of 50 watts, the module is very suitable for any standard photovoltaic application.
Suitable for grid-connected systems, caravans, camping, garden sheds, off-grid systems. Designed for application in places without electricity in systems with 50 W and upward.
A waterproof junction box (IP65) as well as waterproof connector cables (Westech-C4) are located on the front side. The solar panels are flexible and can be glued or screwed onto arched surfaces.
Quality
Monocrystalline cells are connected in series, ideal for 12 V battery charging.
These quality modules are manufactured under our strict quality control. The main focus hereby lies on performance and manufacturing which is constantly verified by us.
This is not a cheap product but one of high quality and quality control.
Warning
The bending radius must at least be 1,2 m.
The solar cells are brittle, that´s why walking on them can therefore cause small crazes which can lead to reduced functionality. If mounted on a car or caravan roof, airflow or the engine might cause vibrations which also can lead to crazes in the material. Over time this can lead to reduced functionality of the solar cells.
Since the crystalline solar cells are brittle it is strongly advised to bend them in shape only one single time. Every further bending or strong vibration might cause damage to the solar cells. This can lead to reduced or even total loss of functionality.
